Want to ensure there is foot traffic at your booth? The Passport program is a $500 fee to participate and we received great feedback from its participants in years past. Each participating company receives one full-page company logo and description in the “SMPTE Passport” Booklet and a customized stamp to have at the booth.

Each exhibit hall visitor must obtain the stamps of each company listed in the Passport to be entered to win a grand prize- last year the prize was a 40 inch flat screen television.  (We had hundreds of entries last year and one lucky winner!)

This is a great way to encourage exhibit hall visitors to stop by your booth!

Lead Retrieval Option

As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to work with Convention Strategies at the SMPTE 2009 Annual Tech Conference & Expo. Visit them at www.expodemand.com.

A Lead Retrieval system is a means for capturing and follow-up of sales leads generated at the conference. This tool allows exhibitors to learn more about each attendee that visits their booth, and to have a list of visitors for post-show followup.
